Call Center Team Member
The Call Center Team Member’s focus is to handle inbound and outbound business-to-business calls, interpret requests and instructions, accurately enter data into computer-based tracking systems, proof data entry work as processed, and keep time logs.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound 800# calls for ULS clients
- Conduct outbound business-to-business follow-up calls for clients to qualify prospect inquiries
- Fulfill mail requests and process orders
- Enter data to document and track activities
- Review work output for quality and accuracy
Skills Required:
- Computer literacy
- Keyboarding accuracy with minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
- Accurate writing and grammar
- Professional telephone communications
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Flexible to changing work environments
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience with phone calls, CRM or sales lead management preferred
IT Team Member
The IT department’s primary function is to ensure that all programs that support client web application
sites are running properly, and that any requested or required changes are made in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update client and internal databases
- Develop new programming to meet client and corporate specifications
- Diagnose and “debug” application errors
- Update existing customized web applications per client requests
- Continually work to improve current versions of ULS applications
- Contribute to the development of ULS’ 4th generation application
- Keep detailed time logs
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of: .Net framework, ASP.Net, Visual Basic, C#, SQL, HTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, VBscript, Object Oriented Programming, SQL Server, Access, Excel
- Database management, Windows Operating System technical support, Lotus Approach
- Excellent testing and troubleshooting skills
- Detail oriented
- Committed with ability to work independently
- Work well under time constraints
- Be focused and work with the end user in mind
- Experience with mobile device programming platforms and Infragistics, ComponentArt, and Telerik’s ASP.Net components preferred.
Education/Experience:
- College degree in related field required

Account Service Coordinator
The Account Management Service Team’s primary function is to ensure that our clients’
programs and needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner. The team is responsible
for keeping detailed and accurate records on projects, and keeping clients updated on the status
of their projects. Account Management Service Coordinators attend client meetings and are
expected to serve as a client advocates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all client contact
- Handle client requests on a daily basis
- Answer client questions by maintaining knowledge of systems and projects
- Oversee and manage flow of client projects
- Provide call center and IT departments with detailed project specifications
- Keep clients apprised on projects via weekly reports, conference calls and meetings
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Organized and detail oriented
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and a database management program
- Manage and prioritize time
- Work as a team player with the client and ULS
- Fast-paced work style
- Work well under pressure
Education/Experience:
- College degree
- Prior account service or sales experience highly recommended
Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager’s primary function is to research and cultivate new
business opportunities for ULS. Working with ULS senior management, the Business
Development Manager actively seeks out new prospects, develops relationships with potential
clients, and converts potential clients into ULS customers. Some travel may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Actively identify, target and solicit new opportunities
- Build relationships with potential clients
- Meet with key company personnel to assess needs and propose ULS service solutions
- Make presentations to senior management
- Follow-up on leads generated from marketing efforts
- Make cold calls on businesses
- Track new business development activities and present results to ULS management
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Manage and prioritize time
- Self starter
- Comfortable making cold-calls
- Motivated to work independently
- Strong selling and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of relational database fundamentals
- Familiarity with CRM and sales lead management systems preferred
Education/Experience:
- College degree in marketing or related discipline
- Prior sales experience required
